The Hotel Rhodannenberg is looking for you!

The Hotel Rhodannenberg is a hotel and restaurant in the middle of the Glarus mountains on the beautiful Klöntalersee. It has 9 rooms (19 beds in total), 1 restaurant with 60 seats, 1 hall with 30 seats and a wonderful summer terrace with lounge and around 120 seats. In our main season from late spring to fall, we are visited all day by numerous day guests, clubs, car companies and business companies. The home-style cooking and the wonderful views are much appreciated by our guests.

Compensation and working hours

All our employees are subject to the L-GAV
In line with the industry and market salary as well as a 13th monthly wage (for hourly wage earners, the 13th monthly wage is already included in the hourly wage)
Distribution of tips in equal parts to all employees (according to attendance) - makes approx. CHF 200 to CHF 400 per month in the season from May to September
Overtime compensation (through precise recording of working hours)
We do without room hours whenever possible and work in shifts

Catering and accommodation

You benefit from heavily discounted meals in our restaurant (CHF 9.- per meal)
Free drinks on tap (excl. alcohol), coffee/tea during your working hours
We grant our employees a 20% reduction on food & beverage in their free time
